Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, when available.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country.

ORENZA is not responsible for these additional charges.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

ORENZA is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
